Never GIVE UP!

So lately I've been wondering why I havent made the progress I've wanted to with my fitness journey. I'm realizing that I'm not at my goal weight and it's been quite some time since I started. I attribute my this to the fact that I let stress sometimes control my nutrition, I let love/being in love control my nutrition, and I've let time control my nutrtion. In other words, it's OUT. OF. CONTROL! Has this ever happened to you? I'm sure I'm not the only one!! What I was able to do was to STOP! I needed to get rid of those thoughts. I needed to understand what is was that was making me so successful and start doing it again. I've began to tackle my stresses in a different way, keeping control of what I eat, despite how I feel. I've started saying NO to the pepperoni pizza slice that my boyfriend offers me, and I'm back to planning my meals! I know! Easier said than done! But once you take a minute to realize you're closer to the finish line than the start line, it becomes so worth it! Also, I took a minute to compare myself in pictures. I highly recommend this! And voila! It was the burst of energy I needed to keep it going!!

I hope this is a motivator for you! Never give up! And if you're feeling stuck in a rut, STOP! Analyze what is going on around you, and TAKE control of what you can to make sure that you can achieve your goals!
