21 Day Fix & T25 Hybrid

So today starts my Paleo living! I even have a challenge group of a bunch of women looking to change their eating habits as well! So far, so good! We know abs are made in the kitchen, but I'm looking forward to hybriding the 21 Day Fix and T25 to enhance my results from changing my nutrition. I love the energy of T25 and the fact that I lost 33lbs with it keeps me motivated! I love the strength that I felt after completing the 21 Day Fix so I don't want to be without it either! This to me, will be a win-win. Last holiday season, I was able to lose 10 additional lbs around the Christmas holiday! This year, I'm planning on losing 20lbs by Christmas and an additional 5lbs by New Year's Eve!
