So I'm excited for several reasons! I love the holiday season and how it's all about togetherness and family!
Another reason why I'm excited is because it is during the start of a new year where you reflect on the previous year and put plans in place to have the BEST YEAR EVER! I'm sure you've done it. I know I have!
Lastly, this is a real business time of year for my team and I. We will be helping so many people with their New Year, New You initiatives. We are going to be ready for whatever goals they'd like to tackle!
This hits close to home for me. Every year, I always decided that it would be my year, and that I would finally NOT be a "plus sized" or "full figured" or "thick" woman anymore. And honestly, most years, I gained even more weight! So I'm grateful for 2013 and 2014 where I ended and will be ending the year weighing less than when the year started!
Because there's so many people out there who need health and fitness accountablitity, I'm expanding my team! If you're looking for an amazing way to meet people, earn money, get fit, and help others, I need your help! As a coach, it is my job to help others reach their health and fitness goals and I'd love to be able to help even more people for this new year!
